CONSENT
Registration is required to access and use the Automated Lodging and Reservation System (ALRS). This allows Howard, Day & Associates, Inc. to communicate with you about our services, reservation options, and important updates via email or SMS text messages. If you do not wish to receive SMS notifications, you can opt out at any time through your account settings.
Howard, Day & Associates, Inc. does not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Registered users will only receive communications that they have consented to.

Registered users will be able to review and update any information they have provided to Howard, Day & Associates, Inc. at any time. We always make it easy for our registered users to:

The Automated Lodging and Reservation System (ALRS) and its web interface (ALRSWeb) are designed for adult use and are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have inadvertently collected personal information from your child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@howardday.com so we can remove such information from our records.

If for some reason you believe Howard, Day & Associates, Inc. has not adhered to the principles outlined in this privacy policy, please notify us by email at privacy@howardday.com. We will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Add the words "Privacy Policy" to the subject line.
